Thomas Pinkham’s family submitted this illustrated family record to the Federal Government when they filed for a pension based upon his Revolutionary War service. Pinkham’s wife, Bridget, and their children claimed he served for seven months in 1776 and again for more than one year at Ticonderoga, West Point, and other places. While they proved their relationship to Thomas using this family record, they could not prove his service, and their claim was rejected.
