The future President Johnson
ca. 1915
Almost 50 years before he would be sworn in as the 36th President of the United States, Lyndon Johnson was photographed sitting on the porch of a house near Johnson City, Texas. His mother, Rebekah Baines Johnson, included this photograph in an album now held at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Library and Museum.
